The sharing described in this section does not apply to mobile information obtained through SMS opt-in. Your mobile phone number and your text-messaging consent are excluded from the sharing described above and are governed by Section 6 below.

Because the EB-5 program serves investors located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By submitting information to us, you consent to this transfer. We rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law for cross-border transfers.
